I LOVE PENNY BLACKS!

I just love Penny Black stamps, if I could have one of each of them, I would be the happiest girl in the world, - where I would put them all is another matter! lol
I love Saturdays as it's Penny Black Saturday Challenge, and Less is more this week, they have yet again, another fab challenge.
I think I have gone into 3 of the square segments, and I was going to add a sentiment, but I could not make up my mind for what occasion, so I have left it for now! I have water coloured and used promarkers on the image having heat embossed it. Not a speck of glamour dust in sight!

My Mum's Craft Shop - Favourite Colours.

It's time for another new challenge at My Mum's Craft Shop, and this week our theme is:
Favourite ColoursMeljen's Designs are giving away the winner 4 digi images of their choice.

From Meljin's Designs, the image I have used is called Firefly Fairy

Well my fave colour is good old girly pink, in no particular shade, here I have used pinks. The card is Core'dinations, papers were free with a magazine (the front sheet has come off and I cant remember who they are by) the image was coloured with promarkers, glamour dust and sparkly gems added.

I cant believe it's the weekend again already, and that were nearly half way through the year - scary how quickly time is going.

Here is a card I made using two Penny Black flower images and a script background, all were cut out using nesties.
The script background was stamped using distress ink, the main image was stamped in black ink and heat embossed then coloured with water colours. The base of the card was stamped with the flower heads in versamark clear ink, and heat embossed with clear powder. I then added some dots to the mustard coloured card.

Over at My Mum's Craft Shop, the theme this week is:

I have used a round card blank, and Penny Black stamps, I heat embossed the image and sentiment, I coloured the image with water colour markers, and added some glamour dust.

Here I used a small craftwork cards blank card, Penny Black image and sentiment which I have heat embossed, coloured with water colour markers, and added some good old glamour dust.
I got a bit carried away and made a few embossed cards, but at least one will have to wait until later in the week. x

Laptop back

for not getting round to visit all your blogs. I am having computer "issues" hoping I can get my laptop fixed this week, the port where you put the electric cable has come loose, and will not power up!!!! So annoying, as have my whole life on my laptop!
I am on the ancient old laptop, which is super slow, does not have word, and likes to jump screens, so incredibly frustrating as you can imagine!
Oh well, at least the sun is shining. xxx

Hi, hope the weather is as lovely where you are as it is here, shr sun is shining and the birds are singing = lovely.
Here is a card I made donkey's ago, but never showed.

Charisma DT - No card allowed - Decopatch

It's another Charisma Challenge, this week, we would like to see anything but a card, again, there are some great prizes to be won.

I struggles with this one, after lots of thinking! lol, I remembered I had brought a decopatch set at a craft fair, so I made it. I really enjoyed doing this, I think it could be addictive! Oh dear!!! lol.

In real life the areas that look red are in fact pink, it is really bold and bright, I have put it in Emmie's room for now.

I joined fat club today, so I'm off for a cupa, muller light and a slimming world bar of chocolate! yum.x

I'm so excited, it is my first week as part of the DT over at My Mum's Craft Shop, it is a brand new challenge blog - well it's week 4 now. I hope I live up to the expectations, I do feel the pressure!

I'm not sure who the image is by, although I do love it, if you know please let me know, so I can give credit where it's due. I coloured her with promarkers, added loads of glamour dust to her tutu. Boo bank holidays over

Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend, and enjoyed the royal wedding> I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kate was so composed and all round brilliant, fancy having to speak in front of all those people, and walk up that isle, which must have felt like forever. I hope they will be very happy, and are now allowed to have some special time together away from the spot light.
Anyway, this is how we enjoyed bank holiday Monday, we went to Paignton Zoo with some friends, I nearly brought home a giraffe! lol

Here is a card I made with a Pink Petticoat image, I coloured it with Promarkers, added some shimmering papermania gems(which are really pretty in real life) As the image is so big, I wanted to keep it simple, so mounted it onto some fresh green bazzil, and then onto some oink bazzil which I embossed with pretty flowers.
