Birthday girl....

Here is a card I made last night and it fits several challenges.  I love Stamping Bella stamps, and they are great for paper piecing.  I really enjoyed making this card.

I would like to enter it into the following challenges:

Alphabet: H = Happy
Allsorts: Happy Birthday
Pile it on: Foe a teen
Papertake Weekly: If the paper fits
Creatalicious Challenge: For the girls.

Elzybells sketch challenge

I really need to do something about taking scew-wiff photos, this really is a rectangular card! Have just made a new years resolution to sort this little problem out!!!!!!!!!!! It wont be an over night one tough. lol
Over at Elzybells there is a great sketch for this fortnights challenge http://elzybells.typepad.com/my_weblog/. Obviously I have used a gorgeous Elzybells image and sentiment - which I just love. Coloured her with pro markers and paper pieced her with coordinating Pink Petticoat, which are so so yummy when printed out onto silk paper. The big shimmery brown dots are craft work cards toffee treats. Gems are papermania. I added some glamourdust to the princesses crown and skirt - a princess has to sparkle after all!!!! lol. x

Double challenge

Here is a card I made for the Raspberry Ribbons challenge, which is based on a sketch. http://raspberry-ribbons.blogspot.com/, having half made it, whilst blog hopping I came across Cup Cake Challenge, this week the theme is Spots & Dots, so I have doubled it up! http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.com/.

I have used an Elzybells image and paper pieced her dress, shoes and bow with the same Papermania paper I have used. She is coloured with copics. Cut out using nestabilities. The flowers are from my stash, attached with silicone glue. The card stock is bazzil, the sentiment is Studio G. The main image has been attached using 3d foam pads.

There is a great paper piecing tutorial over on Elzybells blog at the mo, check it out. http://www.elzybells.typepad.com/
