Pile it on: Foe a teen
Papertake Weekly: If the paper fits
Creatalicious Challenge: For the girls.

My Mum's Craft Shop - Punch it.

Over at MMCS we have a new challenge and a fabulous sponsor this week. Kenny K are giving away some digi image to 3 lucky winners, we would love to see your creations.
This week the theme is PUNCH IT - yes the clue is in the title, and having had a rather emotional week, where my head has been in the clouds, I just got on and made the card! (SORRY) the stars are die cut with a sizzix die - no a punch I know = me bad! Oh well, onwards and upwards hay.

The image is a Kenny K digi image.
Coloured with promarkers, the papers are DCWV - Rockstar, I do love how these papers shine. Not a dot of glamour dust in sight - must be a bad week!

Charisma DT - Magic numbers

Can you believe it's Thursday again??? I don't know where the time is going - scary!

This week over at Charisma the challenge is Magic Numbers - any number you like, as long as there is a number on it.

Here is my card, suitable for a 50th, no one in particular in mind, I just decided to make a few quick cards and use some of my yummy papers. I think this card is better suited for a man.

I'm sorry for being such a bad bad blogger, it's all systems go here, we are doing our up most to promote our business and the bookings are starting to come in. I will be listing some yummy craft items on EBay over the next day or so as we are having a gucci new web site built and its not cheap - but Will give the positive professional image we want people to see.
Then my tenants moved out of my house having trashed it, its almost back up together but what a long slog its been! Don't you just love free loading, wasters?! The saying beware of the man with nothing to lose is sadly so very true. On a brighter note QVC has craft day starting at midnight, and its almost the weekend. x

Ggggrrrrrrrrrr scheduled posting

I'm so so so sorry for the delay in this post! Trust me to try to be organised, I clearly did not do it right - and not to self must check scheduled post on day of post! (wrist well and truly slapped!)

At Charisma this week we have a great challenge set, the theme is NEW YEAR, we have some fabby sponsors and great prizes as always, so please come and join in.

Sorry about the dodgy lighting, I really enjoyed making this card, I used my Trixie alphabet dies, which I have had stashed for ages, and they cut through the glitter card lovely, the papers are yummy too from DCWV.

Thanks for dropping by. xxx

Penny Black Snow Family

It seems far to soon to be making Christmas cards, it cant be coming round already?! I think if I don't make them, it wont happen! lol

Anyway to help prepare Penny Black Saturday Challenge this weeks theme is Christmas.

The pic isn't very good - dodgy dark nights creeping in, and once one light bulb goes they all seem to go, and we've run out! This was the best of a bad bunch. lol

I think this is one of my all time fave Penny Black stamps, I have put some glitter on it but you cant see it, never mind hay?! I coloured it with marvy pens.

Christmas in July.....

Here is a card I made for the One Stop Challenge, this weeks theme is Christmas in July.

I have used Anya Angel, coloured her with promarkers and the wings covered with glamour dust. I cut the image out using nesties, the papers are papermania, small snowflakes are a ribbon and the large snowflake is a sizzix die. The sentiment is doodlebug.

At last................

a post. It has been a while, but I think my crafty spare time is back (for a while), although I am on a crafting spending diet........... Since deciding to get married, its been all systems go. In a week we decided on a date, church & venue, all are now booked, and to top it off I brought the second dress I tried on! Aahhh. So now all there is to do is: lose a few pounds, tone up (use the gym membership) and arrange a few other bits and pieces - if anything is awkward or difficult it is not meant to be & I will find an alternative - happy days!!!!!!!
Anyway, I have been wanting to do this challenge since I saw it published, over at Elzybells the challenge was PINK, GREEN & BLUE. Here is what I came up with, I used a gorgeous Elzybells image, colours her with pro markers, added glamour dust to the wings (compulsory gorgeousness bling) the stars were cut using a sizzix die, backing paper is papermania, and the sentiment (Elzybells) is a brilliance dew drop pad, pink card is bazzil.

Double Challenge

This week I have come by a new Challenge The Forever Friends Challenge blog http://www.foreverfriendschallengeblog.blogspot.com/- having already stamped this image and decided to give decoupage ago for the very first time, I thought I would have ago at this challenge, whilst being oh so slow in its production, Wednesday rolled round! This weeks ABC challenge is P = Pink. I love pink http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com/.
I have coloured the image with prismas and sansador, I just cant seen to get the colour quite right, so will keep practicing!!!! The image is in 3 layers, the heart and paws make the second layer and the paws the third. The heart was cut out with a sizzix die, & embossed with the divine swirls cuttlebug folder. I rubbed a silver brilliance ink pad over the raised embossed bits. The card is bazzil and the paper doodlebug, sentiment is Woodware and the gems are from my ever so messy stash!!!

CCT In the water

This week CCT http://cutecardthursday.blogspot.com/ has a theme of:

In the water!
"As always a little flexibility is allowed in the theme, it can be in, on or beside water and the water can even be frozen i.e. snow or ice! We always look forward to your own interpretations!"

I saw this challenge, and immediatly knew what image I was going to use - does not happen very often! lolo. I have used a Pink Petticoat image (I've re found these little beauties over the past few days!), coloured the image with copics, cut it out with nestabilities, added glamour dust as the bubbles in the bath. The backing paper is K & Co, ribbon is from Hobbycraft, I used a sizzix die to cut out some swirls using bazzil card stock. Prima flowers, and sparkly papermania brads. To finish an Elzybells sentiment, mounted onto green bazzil. I mounted the image to the card using 3D foam pads.
