The image is High Hopes, coloured with pro markers, and high lighted with a gel pen, the wings coloured with shimmerz, cut out with nesties, the backing paper is K & Co, sentiment from Pink Petticoat, mounted onto bazzil cut out using a cuttlebug die, sparkly gems from my sparkly stash.
