To make this card I used Hero Arts Shilouette stamp, it has been double embossed with clear embossing powder, Hero Arts sentiment stamp, card stock & ribbon from my stash. x

This card is lovely! I was wondering How you accomplished this effect. I'm thinking perhaps you used a clear embossing powder as a resist and then inked the background with a brayer or something... ? However you did it, it's really pretty. Just discovered your blog through Charisma Cardz and I'll be back to see more later.
