This card is for two challenges: Papertake Weekly which is a great little sketch and Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Signs of Spring which is so much fun, as the weather is still dull, I love bright fun pretty colours.
To make I used a Penny Black image, coloured it with Marvy markers, mounted onto bazzil card stock, and papers from my stash. The sentiment is craftwork cards, and the centre of the flowers had dabs of stickles.

I have this stamp too, but have never got my colours so bright and cheery. Back to the drawing board for me!
